Green Fee Passes cover green fee only. Any person who purchases a walking pass will be charged the applicable cart fee when they use a golf cart. Couples with a combined age of 120 and older who pay for a Season or Annual walking pass will receive a 5% discount on their purchase. To be eligible for a Junior Pass, must be at the age of 18 or under and must be in High School. All annual passes are valid for one year from date of purchase. All season passes are valid from March 1, 2023 through October 31, 2023.

Cart passes cover cart fees only. Cart passes cover use of a Quail Crossing fleet cart or a personal golf cart (Trail Pass) that has been approved for use by the Director of Operations/Director of Golf/Superintendent. All single-cart passes cover use of golf cart for one individual. All couple cart passes to cover the use of a golf cart for two individuals. Family cart passes cover two adults and all dependent children age 18 and younger. Anyone that rides in a personal cart will still be required to pay a trail fee which is the same rate as the cart fee. You must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on Quail Crossing property. All annual passes are valid for one year from date of purchase. All season passes are valid from March 1, 2023 through October 31, 2023. Indiana sales tax will be applied to all cart passes upon purchase.
